The Catholic Benedictine Sisters of St. Mary Monastery are monastic Benedictine Sisters who live together with the purpose of seeking and serving God. They practice hospitality, value simplicity, and live by the Gospel, the Rule of Benedict, and their tradition. They share all things in common: everyday life, material goods, joys and sorrows, hopes and prayers and follow a distinctive rhythm of prayer and work.
The Sisters have made a corporate statement in support of ending the death penalty. With their statement they noted that “their action is a sign of their support of the wonderful work of the Catholic Mobilizing Network.”
