Sean is the Director of University Centers and Staff Development at the University of San Diego where he is also a training partner with the Center for Restorative Justice. He is an adjunct faculty in the Organizational Leadership program at National University and teaches for the Certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership program at USD. He earned his doctorate in Leadership Studies in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences at the University of San Diego.
Sean serves on the planning committee for Harm, Healing, and Human Dignity: An All-Virtual Catholic Conference on Restorative Justice.
