Sr. Ruth is a Religious of the Sacred Heart living in San Diego, California, where she teaches religion and social studies at Our Lady’s School. She served as a CMN fellow in 2020. Ruth’s experience with the legal system as a victim’s family member reinforced and energized her desire to end the death penalty.
