A "Next Gen for Justice" Event at Xavier University
Since 1976, nearly 200 innocent people have been exonerated and freed from death row across the United States. Join us on Monday, October 23 at Xavier University as we lift up some of these powerful stories of innocence and shed light on the urgent need to end the death penalty in Ohio and beyond.
Momentum to abolish capital punishment is growing fast in Ohio, where two bipartisan abolition bills are currently under consideration in the state legislature. Attend the event to learn more about this historic moment and discover how young advocates can push death penalty abolition over the finish line.
