Lucie Martinot-Lagarde joined the team in September 2022 to support the expansion of CMN’s mission of promoting restorative justice. A native of France, Lucie holds an MA in Conflict Transformation from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University, with a focus on trauma healing. She spent a semester supporting the implementation of whole school restorative practices in Richmond Public School, VA. For ten years, she was involved in an international Catholic community with an ecumenical vocation and a highlight on reconciliation and unity. This gave her strong experience in living and working in cross-cultural settings, ministering to young adults and serving as a spiritual companion. Prior to this, she worked two years at the French National Mediator’s Office. Lucie holds a MA in Public Administration and a Canonical Baccalaureate in Philosophy.
